I. Eligibility Requirements

Please review the following eligibility requirements carefully to ensure that you meet the necessary qualifications, experience, skills, and other conditions before applying to become a Bryface Travel Facilitator.

1. Must be at least 20 years old.
2. Must possess a valid government issued ID.
3. Should have good knowledge of the service areas.
4. Should have good communication skills.
5. Should have a basic understanding of local attractions.
6. Should have a basic idea of local culture.
7. Should have a basic idea of tourism.
8. Must be willing to undergo certification if required.

II. How to Join Us?

Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand the registration process and the steps involved in joining Bryface.com as a Travel Facilitator.

Stage 1: Registration

Complete and submit the online application form using the application link provided on this page. Ensure that all personal, professional, and service-related information is accurate.

Stage 2: Certification (If Required)

Upon successful registration, Bryface.com will facilitate your enrollment in a professional tourism facilitator course conducted by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, if required.

Stage 3: Appointment

Upon successful completion of the required course, you will be enrolled as a Certified Travel Facilitator with Bryface.com, enabling you to handle unlimited tour packages, including your own customized tour packages.

III. Salary Structure

Please review the following salary structure and payment terms applicable to your role as a Bryface Travel Facilitator.

Service Based Earnings:

Hourly Basis: Up to ₹500 per hour
Daily Basis: Up to ₹4,000 per day
Daily Basis (Including Stay): Up to ₹6,000 per day

Potential Monthly Earnings (Full-Time):

On-Ground Travel Facilitators/Tour Guides: ₹15,000–₹45,000 per month

Annual Minimum Earnings Assurance:

Bryface.com assures a minimum annual earnings threshold of ₹2,00,000/-, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Note: Actual earnings may vary depending on service availability, customer demand, location, working hours, and the number of assignments undertaken. Monthly earnings are estimates and do not guarantee a fixed income.

IV. Guidelines for Facilitators

Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand the duties and responsibilities of travel facilitators associated with Bryface.com.

1. Provide Accurate Information: Provide correct and useful information about tourist destinations, attractions, history, culture, local food, transportation, and travel experiences.

2. Assist with Travel Planning: Help travellers plan suitable itineraries according to their interests, budget, available time, and travel requirements.

3. Explain Local Customs: Inform travellers about local traditions, weather, travel conditions, entry requirements, and important safety guidelines.

4. Maintain Professional Communication: Communicate politely and professionally with travellers and respond to their enquiries within a reasonable time.

5. Follow Booking Details: Provide online consultations and on-ground facilitation services according to the confirmed booking schedule, duration, and agreed terms.

6. Explain Service Charges: Clearly communicate the service details, duration, inclusions, and applicable charges before providing the service.

7. Follow Rules and Regulations: Follow applicable laws and instructions issued by tourism authorities, police, and other authorised authorities.

8. Ensure Traveller Safety: Inform travellers about potential risks and follow appropriate safety procedures during sightseeing and other activities.

9. Respect Local Culture: Respect local communities, religious practices, cultural traditions, historical monuments, wildlife, and the natural environment.

10. Recommend Reliable Services: Recommend authorised and reliable tourism service providers wherever necessary.

11. Maintain Professional Conduct: Be punctual, honest, respectful, and professional throughout the service.

12. Protect Traveller Privacy: Keep travellers personal information, contact details, documents, and travel plans confidential.

13. Avoid Unethical Practices: Do not mislead travellers, pressure them to purchase products, demand unauthorised payments, or seek personal benefits through unfair practices.

14. Follow Booking Procedures: Do not transfer an assigned booking to another facilitator without prior approval from Bryface.com.

15. Inform About Changes: Promptly inform travellers and Bryface.com about delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, or other issues affecting the service.

16. Report Incidents: Inform Bryface.com about serious complaints, disputes, accidents, emergencies, or other significant incidents related to the service.

17. Maintain Required Qualifications: Hold the licences, permits, qualifications, and certifications required for the services being provided.

18. Maintain Service Records: Maintain accurate records of bookings, consultations, payments, and services wherever required by Bryface.com.

19. Follow Payment Rules: Follow Bryface.com’s payment procedures, commission arrangements, and other applicable financial policies. Do not collect unauthorised charges from travellers.

20. Provide Quality Service: Make reasonable efforts to ensure that travellers receive a helpful, safe, informative, and satisfactory experience.

21. Follow Responsible Tourism: Encourage travellers to maintain cleanliness, respect local communities, and protect cultural and natural heritage.

22. Follow Company Policies: Comply with all applicable Bryface.com guidelines, privacy requirements, safety standards, booking procedures, and professional conduct rules. Repeated violations of these guidelines may result in suspension or removal from the facilitator programme.

By registering with Bryface.com and accepting facilitation assignments, the facilitator agrees to follow the above duties and responsibilities and comply with the company’s applicable policies and service standards.
